Dual Enrollment Process
All required documents are due to your Counselor by March 31st.
A new Participation Agreement must be turned into the College every semester. It is the responsibility of the student to research and complete additional documents for the college. Please see 2020 Dual Enrollment Process Deadlines for specific steps and deadlines.

Cambridge Checklist for Dual Enrollment Students
Apply to your preferred Dual Enrollment college - see provider tab: Due February 28th. Send screenshot of the submitted college application to Ms. Wilson.
Fulton County DE Contract: Due March 31st to Ms. Wilson- Instructions
Student Participation Agreement (SPA): Due March 31st (Summer and Fall) - Instructions
Set up a meeting with your Counselor to discuss classes
Send your transcript through Parchment: Instructions
Send your test scores (if applicable) - Due May 1st
Complete Dual Enrollment Student Advisement Plan: Form and Instructions
Send completed forms to Ms. Wilson at wilsonrm1@fultonschools.org
Your counselor will contact you to approve or discuss classes
Send proof of college acceptance to Ms. Wilson by May 22nd
